Air Lib was a short-lived French airline. It was founded in 2001 from the remnants of Air Liberté, AOM and TAT. It started just after 9/11, and immediately went into financial trouble; it went bankrupt in early 2003. 

It was proved later that the CEO had made a personal use of the funds he received to restructure the company.
